This will be a place to keep little notes about my first condo/home buying experience. I have reserved and put down my second deposit. I am now waiting for the legal papers. The new condo will be ready to move into in Fall 2016 (I'm estimating 2017). The condo I purchased is the Village by Main Station on Trent.
Time to save up my money for expenses and furniture - 3 years to prepare! :)
I have ordered a book about mortgages - learning as much as I can!
